Please be advised that concrete valley gutter repair work will begin on July 5 at the northern intersection of S. Village Dr. and Clarendon Dr.

To safely complete this work, the northern intersection will be fully closed. Residents may experience detours, modified traffic patterns, and minor travel delays in the area.

Access to homes will be maintained; however, motorists should expect to use the designated detour routes and are encouraged to exercise caution, follow all posted traffic control devices, and allow additional travel time when traveling through the area.
